University of Ottawa undergraduate Honours BSc or Major students in mathematics or science (Faculty of Science) or the Minor in Applied Ethics (Faculty of Arts) with a CGPA of 7.0 or higher, Ontario residency, and financial need are eligible.

Established in memory of Raymond Bouchard, a mathematician and technology foresight analyst who founded Drachma-Denarius Inc. and worked on major National Research Council foresight studies.
