The Ray and Susan Prather Morgan Scholarship, established by UNG alumni Ray and Susan Morgan, provides up to $20,000 per year to a student in the College of Science and Mathematics. The full scholarship can cover tuition, fees, books, housing, and meals, allowing recipients to focus on academic pursuits without outside employment. Students become eligible by completing the general UNG scholarship application through ScholarshipUniverse during the annual application window. The College of Science and Mathematics selects recipients from qualified applicants based on merit and program criteria. This is the first full STEM scholarship endowment at UNG and supports students pursuing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics degrees at the Dahlonega campus and other UNG locations.
