About this scholarship
The Program for Students from the City of Richmond meets the full demonstrated financial need of graduates of Richmond Public Schools and designated public magnet schools in the City of Richmond through federal, state, and University grant aid that does not require repayment. Eligible students must be admitted or enrolled full time in an undergraduate program in the School of Arts and Sciences, Jepson School of Leadership Studies, or Robins School of Business, submit all financial aid applications by Richmond's deadline, demonstrate need under Richmond's policy, and maintain satisfactory academic progress if currently enrolled. Federal Direct Loans remain optional for other educational expenses up to cost of attendance.
