About this scholarship
The Price Community Scholars Program assists up to fifteen high-achieving SDSU students per cohort from City Heights, primarily graduates of Hoover and Crawford High Schools, with scholarships of up to $8,000 per year. Selected scholars each mentor three City Heights middle school students for four years through programs emphasizing academic success, self-awareness, cross-cultural exchange, and civic participation. The Price Community Merit-Service Scholarship Committee selects participants. EOPOS coordinates the program alongside Compact Scholars, Guardian Scholars, and other student success initiatives.
