About this scholarship
Florida resident freshmen admitted to the University of South Florida who submit a complete admissions application by January 15 may receive automatic merit consideration for the Presidential Award. Awards are made on a funds-available basis.
The Presidential Award provides up to $4,000 per year toward cost of attendance for up to four years or until a bachelor's degree is completed, whichever comes first.
If selected, you are notified by mail with your admission acceptance or in a separate scholarship offer letter, typically between October and February. Improved test scores received within the awarding timeline may lead to an upgraded offer.
