About this scholarship
The President's Circle Scholarship provides two twenty-five-hundred-dollar awards to Cal State San Marcos students with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5. Awards are selected during the fall scholarship cycle from the CSUSM General Scholarship Application pool submitted by the February 1 priority deadline.
