Physics Charter Faculty Prize

Simon Fraser University students graduating from any major or honours physics program may receive this Department of Physics prize. One award of $2,300 goes to a top graduating student on the recommendation of the Department Chair.

No separate student application is described; the Chair recommends the recipient.

The endowment recognizes the nine charter faculty members who founded the department in 1965: John F. Cochran, Konrad Colbow, Richard H. Enns, Robert F. Frindt, Rudi R. Haering, David J. Huntley, J.C. Irwin, Klaus E. Rieckhoff, and K.S. Viswanathan.
