The PHINIA Scholars Program supports newly admitted Kettering University undergraduates interested in engineering and sustainable mobility who are placed as paid co-op students with PHINIA. Awards reach up to twenty thousand dollars annually, including room and board costs during the freshman year. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, submit a minimum 300-word essay, a resume with GPA, and complete the FAFSA. Recipients remain continually enrolled full time and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Apply through Scholarship Universe on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
