Phil Lind Memorial Fellowship in Public Policy and Global Affairs

An outstanding student entering the UBC Vancouver School of Public Policy and Global Affairs may be nominated for this fellowship.

The fellowship is $15,000 annually from a gift by the Cable Public Affairs Channel (CPAC) in memory of Phil Lind (1943-2023). No separate application is required; the school makes recommendations in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Phil Lind helped build Rogers Communications, founded CPAC, and established the ongoing Phil Lind Initiative at the school.
