Phi Kappa Pi Joe Ghiz Memorial Award

Master's or doctoral students in any discipline at Dalhousie University may apply. Candidates need first-class standing (GPA 3.7/4.3 or higher) in the last two years of previous study and significant community and university involvement. Canadian and international students are eligible.

Two $750 bursaries are awarded annually. Apply by October 31 at 4 p.m. ADT.

The award memorializes Joe Ghiz, a Dalhousie Commerce and Law graduate who served as Premier of Prince Edward Island and later as Dean of Law at Dalhousie.
