The Pamela M. and Stephen C. Hall Scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year Georgia Tech students in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts who demonstrate an outstanding academic and extracurricular record. Created by Colonel Stephen C. Hall and Pamela M. Hall, the scholarship supports first-year IAC scholars and connects recipients with the Halls through semester events and mentoring. There is no separate application; all first-year IAC enrollees are automatically considered through the college's merit review. Recipients participate in the annual Hall Scholars Breakfast and join a community of Ivan Allen College Dean's Scholars.
