Students of Polish descent enrolled or admitted to a post-secondary institution (college, university, technical, or vocational school) by September 1 may apply. Preferential consideration goes to Minnesota and Wisconsin residents and PACIM members.
Scholarships of up to $2,000 may be awarded; multiple scholarships are possible each year.
Submit a biographical statement on Polish heritage, GPA documentation, a personal-goals essay, two recommendations, program and tuition details, and the PACIM personal information form by July 31. Successful applicants volunteer at one PACIM event.

Tuition, workshop fees, meals, and lodging are not funded. Apply online through ASCA SmartSimple by quarterly deadlines on June 1, September 1, December 1, and March 1. Funded activity must occur between the first of the month after the award and June 30 of the state fiscal year. The Alaska State Council on the Arts administers this standing quarterly grant for individual artists and arts administrators.
