Outstanding Thesis Award

Open to Ontario Tech University students who completed a thesis-based master's or doctoral program with a GPA of 3.7 or higher, an acceptable thesis defence outcome, and no academic offenses.

Amount varies. One award is given per Faculty in each of the master's and doctoral categories each year.

Students do not self-apply. The examining committee nominates candidates after the oral defence. Nomination packages are due after the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies winter thesis deadline each cycle.
