Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education, Entrance Scholarships

Open to Ontario Scholars entering a CEAB-accredited engineering program at the University of Waterloo. The Faculty of Engineering and Design selects two outstanding students, one who identifies as a woman and one who identifies as a man, based on leadership shown through extracurricular activities, programs, or volunteer work.

Each recipient receives a $1,500 entrance scholarship. Selection is by faculty recommendation; no separate application details are listed on the public awards page.

Funded by the Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education, established in 1961.
