About this scholarship
The On-campus Housing Scholarship helps UT Austin undergraduates who receive tuition support through the Texas Advance Commitment and live in eligible on-campus housing, including residence halls, 2400 Nueces Apartments, or Dobie Twenty21. For the 2025-26 academic year, eligible students receive twenty-five hundred dollars total toward housing costs, paid as twelve hundred fifty dollars per term. No separate application is required. Students must meet Texas Advance Commitment eligibility and live in qualifying university housing. The pilot program aims to reduce housing costs and increase access to on-campus living benefits that support retention and student success.
