Omer H. Patrick II Memorial Prize

Open to a doctoral student at UBC Vancouver whose research contributes to a greater understanding of Alzheimer's disease, with preference for students pursuing research into the causes and potential cures.

The award is a $3,200 prize. Selection is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Medicine in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, with no separate application.

The prize was endowed in memory of Omer H. Patrick II by his family to recognize excellence in Alzheimer's research.
