About this scholarship
The OHIO Trustee Award for Out-of-State Students helps make Ohio University's Athens campus more accessible for academically qualified non-Ohio residents. First-year students new to the Athens campus are automatically considered through the admission application submitted by the November 15 early action deadline. Award amounts vary according to academic merit. Recipients of the OHIO Next Generation Award or District of Columbia Tuition Assistance Grant are generally ineligible unless participating in the DC-CAP Scholars Program. The award is renewable and part of the OHIO Excellence Awards portfolio.
