O Gorde Davies Memorial Scholarship

Undergraduate pharmacy students at UBC Vancouver are considered for this $6,250 scholarship, administered by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Selection is based on performance in Pharmacy 469 (Professional Practice Clerkship), overall academic achievement, and community involvement.

There is no student application; the award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in consultation with a representative of the donor.

The scholarship was endowed by family and friends of O. Gorde Davies in recognition of the high standards of community practice he demonstrated throughout his professional career.
