About this scholarship

Open to Indigenous Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are registered full-time in a natural sciences or engineering degree program at an eligible institution, or employed as a postdoctoral fellow in the natural sciences or engineering at an eligible institution.

The NSERC Indigenous Student Ambassadors grant is $2,500. It supports science-promotion work with Indigenous communities and schools, including sharing research and education experiences or participating in science promotion events.
