Domestic transfer students entering Northwood University as sophomores or juniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or higher may receive this merit scholarship automatically upon admission.

The award provides $10,000 per year and is renewable with a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA. It is the highest tier of Northwood's three transfer merit scholarships.

A completed FAFSA is required for eligibility. Northwood's Freedom Transfer Scholarship recognizes transfer students with exceptional academic merit.
