Out-of-state incoming freshmen at Northern Arizona University who meet Arizona Proposition 300 public program eligibility, have not received a baccalaureate degree, enroll full-time, and attend the Flagstaff Mountain campus are automatically considered for the President's Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship upon admission. Eligible applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

The award is $12,000 per year toward tuition. It can be combined with outside tuition scholarships up to the cost of tuition, but not with other NAU merit-based tuition scholarships. Recipients must maintain a 2.0 GPA. Accept admission and pay the enrollment deposit by May 1; submit final transcripts as instructed. No separate scholarship application is required.
