About this scholarship
The Nickless Family Transfer Scholarship supports Delta College graduates who continue their education at a four-year college or university within Michigan. Two students each year receive six thousand dollars, paid as three thousand dollars for fall and three thousand dollars for winter, and may compete to renew the award for a second consecutive year. Eligible applicants have earned at least fifty-eight Delta credits before transfer or graduated from Delta between the stated December and August windows, hold a 3.0 GPA or higher, and plan full-time enrollment at a Michigan four-year institution. Funds are sent directly to the transfer institution for tuition, books, and fees rather than to the student.
