Montana resident professional artists age 18 or older who have lived in the state at least 12 months may apply for reimbursement grants up to $1,000 per fiscal year. Degree-seeking college students are ineligible.
Funding supports professional development, market expansion, exhibitions, performances, residencies, conferences, and tools that advance an artistic career. Activities must include or lead to public value such as workshops, readings, or demonstrations.
Applications are due on the 15th of each month and reviewed the following month on the second Wednesday. Maximum $1,000 per MAC fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
