Two scholarships go to full-time predoctoral dental students at accredited U.S. or Canadian schools who have finished at least one year, demonstrate interest in advanced education, and are committed to academic dental careers. ADEA individual membership is required; U.S. and Canadian applicants are eligible. Each recipient receives $5,500. Awards are announced at the ADEA Annual Session; 2025 recipients are listed on the program page. Apply online via MyADEA by September 15 each year (applications typically open mid to late July). Materials include a personal statement, two faculty nomination/evaluation letters, a dean recommendation, and transcripts.
