Individual artists, arts workers, artistic groups, and arts organizations across Canada may apply. The program funds career or artistic development, presentation or exhibition opportunities, accessibility improvements, and market or network development. Projects focused mainly on creation are ineligible.
Applicants may request up to $10,000 per application, with a maximum of $30,000 per calendar year across up to three applications.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis any time before the project start date or departure date, with results typically within four months. Apply through the Canada Council client portal.
