CINS Doctoral Scholarship

Canadian citizens or landed immigrants pursuing PhD research or study at a Nordic or Canadian post-secondary institution may apply. Normally one scholarship is awarded annually.

The doctoral award is $5,500 to support graduate research abroad or in Canada at eligible Nordic institutions. Funds cannot be applied retroactively to completed study.

Apply online by 15 October each year through the CINS portal. Selection weighs academic merit, program quality, and contribution to Canada-Nordic academic exchange.
