BCU Financial members under age 30 pursuing full-time post-secondary study may apply for one or more named scholarships or the Nova Buduchnist bursary. Most awards require at least two years of BCU membership and active volunteer involvement in the Ukrainian Canadian community with minimum B average grades.
Named 2026 awards include two $2,500 leadership scholarships, up to four $2,000 general scholarships, two $1,500 high school and founders scholarships, one $2,500 business/finance memorial scholarship, and up to five $1,000 Nova Buduchnist bursaries for CUAET study-permit holders.
Complete application forms, transcripts, two referee evaluation forms, resume, and personal essay are emailed to scholarships@bcufinancial.com. The 2026 cycle deadline was March 31, 2026; the program runs annually.
