McMaster University undergraduates in the Global Peace and Social Justice program may qualify.

One prize of $1,200 is awarded to a student who demonstrates leadership in extracurricular activities and high academic achievement, as judged by the program.

Established in 1991 in memory of Dr. Alan G. Newcombe and Dr. Hanna Newcombe, co-founders of the Canadian Peace Research and Education Association and the Peace Research Institute in Dundas.
