About this scholarship

Incoming New Mexico Tech freshmen who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, enrolled full time (12 or more hours per semester), and meet the Copper Scholarship academic thresholds (including ACT 23 or SAT 1130) may qualify for this renewable merit award. Applicants must first complete the undergraduate admissions application.

Award amounts are set in New Mexico Tech's financial aid scholarship conditions. The number of awards varies each year.
