About this scholarship

Students ages 18 and older enrolled in diesel technology or CDL truck-driver training at a Nebraska community college (including Iowa Western) may apply for Nebraska Trucking Foundation Truck Driving/Diesel Technology Scholarships. Applications are reviewed on a rolling monthly basis.

Diesel technology awards are up to $3,000 across a two-year program; CDL awards are up to $1,500. More than 220 awards are available. Amounts vary by program.

Submit the online application and have a school official email enrollment proof to the foundation by the 28th of the month.

The Nebraska Trucking Association has advocated for the state's trucking industry for more than 80 years and represents hundreds of motor carrier members statewide.
