NCRF Student Intern Scholarship

NCRA student members enrolled in a stenographic court reporting or captioning program who completed an internship within the past 12 months and hold at least a 3.5 GPA may apply for the NCRF Student Intern Scholarship.

Four $2,000 awards are offered. Judicial-path applicants need a passed Q&A test at 180 or more words per minute; CART or captioning applicants need 160 or more wpm literary. Submit a nomination form, transcript, recommendation letter, and 400-word essay. Nominations for the listed cycle open in September 2026.
