About this scholarship
Merit scholarship for Alabama resident National Merit Finalists who list Auburn University as their first-choice institution with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation by May 1. Eligible finalists receive $11,000 per year for four years. An additional $1,000 per year may be available based on FAFSA eligibility. Students must enroll full time at Auburn immediately after high school graduation. Renewal follows Auburn competitive merit scholarship standards including a minimum 3.0 cumulative unadjusted Auburn GPA.
