About this scholarship
Boston University grant for National Merit finalists with exceptionally strong academic records who designate Boston University as their first-choice college with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. Recipients must satisfactorily complete at least 12 credits each semester and maintain a minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA for renewal. Additional requirements are specified in the Guide to Your Merit Award. Students should complete the BU admission application by December 1 and follow National Merit first-choice reporting deadlines.
