About this scholarship
The National Merit Finalist Award provides $1,000 per year to newly enrolled undergraduates at Trine University who have been named National Merit Finalists. This stackable award supplements the student's primary academic merit scholarship and renews while the recipient remains a full-time undergraduate in good standing who has not transitioned to a Trine graduate program. Applicants must provide their National Merit Finalist letter to Trine admission to receive the award. Students may hold up to two stackable Trine awards in addition to merit aid, but total institutional scholarships cannot exceed full tuition. Contact the Office of Admission at 260-665-4100 or finaid@trine.edu to submit finalist documentation and confirm packaging.
