National GEM Consortium - PhD Science Fellowships

Underrepresented minority U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are seniors, master's students, or graduates of accredited engineering or applied science programs with a 3.0 or higher GPA may apply for GEM Ph.D. Engineering and Science Fellowships.

Employer fellows receive at least $16,000 per year in stipend plus full tuition and fees through year five, with at least one paid GEM employer summer internship.

Apply via eGEM by 11:59 PM Eastern on the second Friday in November, and apply separately to at least three GEM member universities.
