About this scholarship
The Drake University National Alumni Scholarship is Drake's most competitive program for outstanding first-year students entering directly from high school. One full-tuition National Alumni Scholarship is awarded annually and supersedes any other partial tuition scholarship offered. Applicants need a 3.8 cumulative GPA or top five percent class rank and must complete both the admission application and separate NAS application by December 1. Semi-finalists participate in virtual interviews in February. The award renews for three additional years with full-time enrollment and required minimum cumulative GPA maintained.
