About this scholarship

Arab-heritage healthcare learners pursuing an elective rotation of at least one month at a Houston metro medical institution or affiliated facility may apply for the NAAMA Houston Learner/Trainee Scholarship. Applicants must be full-time students in an internationally recognized health care program, attend NAAMA Houston meetings during training months, and join the chapter.

Awards are up to $2,500 per recipient and may cover lodging, travel, insurance, and elective-related expenses. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until allocated funds are used.
