About this scholarship
Annual endowed art scholarship competition at The University of Akron awarding numerous Myers School of Art scholarships ranging from $500 to $5,000 per award. Most named studio scholarships are open to B.A. and B.F.A. art majors of all concentrations who submit work to the spring competition. Recipients must be declared full-time art majors enrolled in at least six studio art credits. Awards are announced at the Myers Awards Ceremony and apply to the next academic year. Total university scholarship aid for any student is capped at $11,880 per year.
