About this scholarship
The Music Ensemble Award provides five hundred to two thousand dollars per year to full-time Greenville University students, both music and non-music majors, who enroll each semester in GU Choir, Fusion lab bands, Pursuit worship bands, and/or concert or marching bands. Selection is based on an in-person or videotaped audition and the award renews annually at the band or ensemble director's discretion. These affinity scholarships stack on top of Greenville's automatic merit packages. Students contact the music department to arrange auditions. Participation in an approved ensemble each semester is required to maintain the award.
