Dependents of active-duty, retired, reserve, National Guard, veteran, or deceased military members who lived in Monterey County within the last five years may apply for Monterey Bay Spouses' Club scholarships.
Multiple recipients may each receive up to $1,000 annually. Awards are based on merit, academics, community involvement, references, and an essay.
Applicants may pursue a degree, certification, or vocational program at an accredited U.S. postsecondary institution on a full- or part-time basis.
