"Mom to Scholar" Scholarship for Mothers

Full-time undergraduate students enrolled at a COSMA-accredited sport management program with at least a 3.5 GPA may apply for the COSMA Student Scholarship. This one-time award provides up to $1,500 toward tuition, fees, or supplies, and the number of recipients varies each year. Applicants submit a 500-word statement on the impact they plan to have on sport management, including career aspirations and how the scholarship will support that goal. The award recognizes students dedicated to improving sport management education.

Idaho high school seniors with a strong record of advancing human rights may apply for up to three merit-based scholarships of $2,500 each. Preference goes to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC applicants with financial need. Funds may support college, trade school, or a gap year. Prepare an application highlighting your human rights work and submit by May 1. The Eve Devitt Fund recognizes young Idaho leaders working to advance human rights in their communities.

U.S. citizens or legally authorized workers with a minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA who are enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school or undergraduate pre-law program may apply. One $500 award is given. The Law Offices of Mark Sherman awards $1,000 to a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident living in one of the 50 states or District of Columbia who, as of Spring 2027, will be enrolled in a vocational program or an accredited two-year, four-year, or graduate-level postsecondary school. Current high school seniors, vocational students, undergraduates, and graduate students with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and good academic standing may apply. Applicants submit a 500- to 750-word original essay proposing a rehabilitative program to reduce juvenile recidivism, a professional resume, and a current transcript; applicants not yet enrolled also provide proof of acceptance.
