About this scholarship

Full-time senior undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows at eligible Canadian or international institutions may apply for a Mitacs Globalink Research Award. Projects run under home and host supervisors, inbound to Canada or abroad from Canada, as one 12- to 48-week project or two 12- to 24-week projects.

Each intern receives $6,000 per internship unit ($12,000 for two units). Funding is subject to available partnership support.

After institutional endorsement, apply through the Mitacs GRA portal. Submit a complete application about 12 to 16 weeks before the planned start date.
