Students with financial need attending Minnesota State colleges and universities who have not earned a baccalaureate degree may qualify for Alliss Opportunity Grants. Applicants do not have to be Minnesota residents.
Grants range from $350 to $1,100 per year and are available for associate degrees, diplomas, certificates, and Minnesota Transfer Curriculum courses designed to transfer to baccalaureate programs.
