About this scholarship

International students pursuing research-based master's or doctoral study in Quebec may apply through Concordia for the Quebec Merit Scholarship Program for Foreign Students (PBEEE). Applicants must not have applied for Canadian citizenship or permanent residence.

Master's awards are $20,000 per year for up to two years. Doctoral awards are $25,000 per year for up to three years.
