Out-of-state undergraduates enrolled in a nursing degree program at a Maryland public community college or four-year institution may apply for the Tuition Reduction for Non-Resident Nursing Students program through MHEC.
The award covers the difference between out-of-state and in-state tuition, so recipients pay the in-state rate. Amounts vary by program and credit hours.
