Maryland 2+2 Transfer Scholarship

Maryland community college students who graduate with an associate degree and transfer to a Maryland four-year institution with a 2.5 GPA, demonstrated need (SAI $10,000 or less), and a completed FAFSA may apply for MHEC's 2+2 Transfer Scholarship.

Awards are up to $2,000 per year for STEM, teaching, engineering, computer science, math, or nursing majors, or up to $1,000 per year for other majors. Renewable up to three years.

Apply through MHEC by October 15. Complete the FAFSA by March 1 for priority awarding.
