Mary L. MacGregor Memorial Award

Open to JD students at Osgoode Hall Law School who have achieved high academic standing in the second or third year of the program, show an interest in Estate Law, are active in the community at Osgoode, and demonstrate financial need.

The award amount varies.

Mary L. MacGregor graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1972, articled in Toronto, and practiced Trust and Estate Law for 42 years. She lectured in estate and succession law at Osgoode, taught in the Ontario Bar Admission Course, and received the Ontario Bar Association Award for Excellence in Trusts and Estates in 2011. She was known for generously sharing her knowledge with students and mentees.
