About this scholarship
Memorial scholarship honoring longtime CU Denver chemistry professor and registrar Marti Barrett for students who embody her spirit of encouraging others. Preference goes to chemistry majors, though another science major may be selected if no suitable chemistry candidate applies; women are especially encouraged to apply. Traditionally about $1,250 is awarded annually. Submit an application letter, CV, transcripts, and at least one science faculty recommendation by March 31 to the Chemistry Department.
