Full-time graduate or postdoctoral students at the University of Ottawa who completed their previous program within five years, meet Ontario residency under OSAP rules, and demonstrate financial need are eligible.

The award value varies. Apply through Online Scholarships and Bursaries in uOZone by November 3 with the Financial Questionnaire and proof of program completion within the last five years.
