Margaret Patterson Memorial Scholarship in Medicine

A student in the UBC Vancouver Faculty of Medicine who exhibits a special interest in the study and treatment of cancer may be nominated for this scholarship.

The award is a $2,750 scholarship endowed by Captain C.Y. Wu and Dr. C.H. Wu and augmented through a bequest by Irene R. Brown in memory of Margaret Patterson. No separate application is required; the Department of Medicine makes recommendations.
